If I have a Barred Rock Rooster and Americana Hens will I have a Sex Link for Barring?

No. Sex links using barred birds only work when the hen is barred and the rooster is not. With a barred rock rooster over ameraucana hens you will get all barred chicks, regardless of whether those chicks hatch out cockerels or pullets. Check out the sex-link thread (I believe there is a sticky at the top of the forum) for the specific genetic details of why non-barred roosters over barred hens produce sex-links.
