I think you have a pullet there. No sign of wattles. The comb is thin from side to side. It does not have a nice round crest, but that could be a quality issue.

She has four toes on one foot, and five on the other.

I have a black showgirl who had five toes on one foot and four on the other. Is this a silkie trait or something random or what?​

She looks like a pullet to me. i would think at that age you would see wattles, a bigger comb, and larger feet. She looks just like a couple of my girls looked at that age.
