All three look about the same as the picture with the lone chicken. I think I'm seeing developing hackle and saddle feathers. I hope I'm wrong.

Any black, on any feather, on any bird, be it male or female, will be iridescent. That is the nature of black feathers... so, no. Iridescence on feathers doesn’t mean anything.
