Hi there,

So I’m pretty sure I have two Roos & two hens. Would really appreciate any help and opinions on sex. They are 5 weeks old. The grey one is an Arucana & there is 2 copper Marrans & an olive egger.

Looks good. Pullet for the gray one.

Also, your second barred black bird in the first post might also be a cockerel (slow developing), but give it a few more weeks and post pics again. Can't see that comb very well either (should have mentioned it sooner, but just got to thinking about it).
Thank you so much! It’s the other I think is a cockerel as it’s a good bit bigger than the (hopefullly) pullets

X2

I have been suprised more by crested breeds than anything else, especially polishes. But I think your right on all fronts here - aside from the smaller comb in the second BR, everything else suggests a cock.

A few photos from today and the two suspected pullets are almost 9 weeks! Hope I’m correct on the pullet side of thing. Would love another opinion, again ! 🤣

I think the black one is a pullet due to small, pale comb. Kinda hard to see though.

The white/gray one I have no idea, but I LOVE the head poof!!! Adorable! I just want to cuddle it!

If you have someone hold the gray one, and pull the feathers out of the way, then take another picture, could probably give better input.
