So I got myself a few Easter Egger chicks 6 weeks ago and I've been reading up on how to sex them. I read about the comb...the males having 3 rows of bumps and the females 1. Also I read about the females having a more uniform colouring and the roos being more splotchy. So I have guessed the sex of mine, but given it's my first time with these, I thought I'd seek out help from people with experience.
To me they all look very similar to each other!
So let's the with the white ones. I have two, and I'm thinking one is a cockerel and one a pullet...but again this is pure guess from what I've read!
This one looks like a cockerel to me...check out the beard, haha!
#1

Now this one has similar colouring although the patterns seems more uniform...but the comb is different, so I'm guessing pullet?
#2

Then I have a few orange ones. Same thing I'll start with the one I think is a cockerel.
#3

This one looks very similar to #3 but the comb on this one is like bird #2...so I', hoping it's a pullet?
#4

#5 - I think I got sold a Crested one? It's got no beard, but a little afro going on. I'm guessing pullet on this one...well more like I'm wishing for pullet because I really like the feathering.

So any advise or tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
