Dose anyone know what breed this is and why is the beak curved?

It looks like a barred or cuckoo something. Farther away shot might tell breed.

The curved beak is likely a deformity. Kinda thinking might me a mixed breed with puffy cheeks and beard. Also appears to be molting. Do you know the age?
