Sexing a chick by squeezing it?

Thanks for all the feed back!!! That pic was helpful. I still have a few questions. 1. Does the chick have to be a day old to sex it? Can in be a few days? A week? 2. Where exactly do you squeeze it? I always feel like Im gonna snap its neck when I even hold it. I can't believe they just toss them around like that! Wow. Thanks, Justin.
