Sexing Ameraucanas help!

Hi there,
I've got 2 BCM and 2 double silver laced barnies who I think I know the sex of, but I'm struggling with the Ameraucanas, maybe too early? I always say I'm not going to guess and just wait, but here I am guessing I did a collage of each breed. They are all 4 weeks old. The Ameraucanas are lavender and black cuckoo.
