I have an Araucana that is 11 weeks old. She/he has a reddish comb but no sign of a waddle. Big tail too! Can anyone tell by these pics if I have a pullet or cockerel?

Chickens with beards/muffs usually have little to no wattle. He also isn't full grown yet.
