Sexing Barred birds at hatch

I'm told that Barred birds (mine are Hollands) can be sexed at hatch. Can anyone point me to something I can read to figure this out? They all look alike to me.

I feel fairly confident in saying that those birds are not barred. I see no headspots anywhere..

Look closely in the first image, several large blotchy headspots are visible. Resumably, these would be male.

If I am correct, you have at least 7 cockerels in those two images (tried not to recount chicks).
