Sexing Barred Rocks

I purchased two Plymouth Rock "pullets" atTSC two weeks ago but they look really different in their legs and in the way their feathers are coming in. One has way more. I would love help identifying them!

Both look like pullets at this point. Even at this young age the barring in males is quite distinctive

Roo or pullet? About 4.5 weeks old. Pretty dominant.
