Age? With the coloring I'd like to say pullet but the comb and thick legs at such a small size (and the stance) says cockerel to me.. So sounds like I'm leaning toward cockere lol.

Its 5 and a half weeks

I was told penguin here is possibly a Barred Rock or a Dom. I am wondering if my sweet baby could be a roo she has been the first to do everything loves getting high up, love adventure and to set the bar so to speak. Her tail feathers are a bit more narrow then the other two who are the same age. Their are spread more but same length.

and he is about 3 weeks old.

Well, Barred Rock will have a straight comb which this one appears to have. I'm not expert enough to see any other signs that it's NOT a BR. And the coloring, leg thickness and comb size also lead me to think pullet so far.

...and obviously they're my favorite breed to try and guess gender on..

Post a pic of this chick with the others. It is easier to tell vs. other chicks (at least for me).
