Sexing budgies

So my neighbor dumped two budgies in a lock’n’lock container on my porch. They are very young, and I can’t tell Their sexes very well. I haven’t had budgies for awhile either.

(I haven’t had them for more than a week and a half, so pictures will be bad due to them being flighty. Apologies)

I would guess blue and white is a boy, due to bluish ceres, but I don't really do budgies. Yellow looks like it could go either way.

Yellow is a Hen and the blue is a male.

Since they’re young, to ID by cere color alone, can be very inaccurate, but with the white ring around the nostril I’d put money on females for both. Lots of money actually. Anyone up for a wager (kidding). But really, safe bet to say girls.

They can be sexed by cere from the day of hatching.

I just got my first 2 yesterday (late valentine’s gift) i was told that they were most like both female, but I’m questioning that.....
Especially since DH swears he’s seeing “mating” behaviors

They look like 2 females. We had 2 females and they did mating behaviors too. It's just a dominance thing. The hen chickens and quail do it to each other too
