Is it possible to accurately tell the gender of 3-4 day old chicks? If so, how? I need to know because I need to start planning to find homes for the roosters.

If they aren't sex linked (feather color sexable), then no.
1-2 day olds of fast feathering lines can be sexed. The pullets will have 2 lengths of flight feathers and males will have one. By 4 days, they're all the same.

2 of them are buff brahma-silver laced wyandotte crosses and 2 of them are buff brahma-rhode island red crosses.
