Hi guys!
I'm new to d'uccles and am trying to learn a little more about them. Any tricks to sexing them other than comb development? I have two babies that I got that appear to have some age difference between them, but also significant difference in comb size. I'm honestly not even sure how old they are to begin with. I have an inkling that I have a pullet and roo. Thoughts?

Cockerels. One is just a little slower to comb.

How long have you had them? The big one looks 4 weeks second looks a little less than that. Still a bit young to sex but the bigger one is a suspect for being a cockerel.

We got them about a week ago. From what the lady said, the youngest chicks she had were about two weeks old at the time.
