My Indian Runners are about 3 weeks old. The yellow one has already shown to be quite louder than the black one and the black one is alot more nibbly then the other. It is always nibbling on me and chasing the yellow one around nibbling on its feet and tail feathers.

I don't know if it is possible to tell gender on them when they are this young and just by those characteristics but I can post pics if that might help in anyone telling me wat they are.

Girls tend to start changing their voices early. Boys peep longer and get raspy.

Don't feel bad - unless you can vent sex expertly, or have a color-sexing breed, these first few weeks are full of suspense for anyone. I'm far from an expert, but I had one last year who had such a creaky voice going from baby peep to adult, that I was sure he was a quacking girl - and then a quacking girl with a bit of a sore throat -

- until he got his tail curl feather.

Yeah I have heard about vent sexing but I dont even want to risk trying and hurting them.

But the yellow one is so loud (when it actually is verbal) you would swear someone was trying to hurt it. And this just started within the last week or so.
The black one still makes just little peeps but other than that stays quiet most of the time. And they are both the same age so possibly a male and female?

And that must have been weird finally finding out it was a male lol.
