sexing "late bloomers", help please

We have 5 OEG mille fleur bantams, and while 3 of them are obvious roosters, im not sure about 4 and five? What do you all think? Some of the roosters matured pretty slowly, so we were wondering about the so called "pullets" also being late bloomers.

How old are the birds? I'm thinking four and five are good to say female, depending on age.

I would say female unless the neck feathers are long and skinny.

x2 The others look like pullets for now.

Whatever they are they are all so pretty!
