Many hens have large combs but with this specific chicks ancestry and age, it's unusual.
Also, hens usually don’t their gizzards until they are a little bit older.
Do you mean waddles?
That's true, that's typically what will show up on cockerels a bit before the comb.

Well, actually not all chickens grow saddles, hens don’t grow saddles.
 
I agree with the other posters that think this bird is male. This bird appears to be some kind of mixed breed with some fibromelanin going on. Explains the dark face and comb.
The comb sIze is pretty big for a six week old chick.😊

Yes, your right about that, but they show the saddle when they dry off themself from being in the egg. It is just hard to see the saddle when they are young.
