Sexing my White Crested Polish

I have about an 11 week old who is developing quicker than the other 4 (2 Wyandottes, a Barred Rock & a speckled Sussex). Also, s/he is trying to crow - I have read that sometimes a hen will take on some roo characteristics. Can anyone please share an opinion?
I sure hope Polly isn't Pauley !

My Polish looked alot like yours a few weeks ago (aside from color, he's a white crested cuckoo). Now he looks like this:
