Sexing RIR chicks??

Is it possible to sex RIR chicks using the flight feathers as a guide? I have noticed a huge difference in some of my birds, some have all the same length and then others are short then long...

Good question. I have 6 peanuts and i think one may be a hen. Sorry i can't help but i will be watching for an answer.
