Sexing the Brahma breed, (standard size, Light Brahma)

I have 3 four week old light brahma chicks that my sweet hen hatched. There is a HUGE difference in their tail feathers. Two of them have longer, more pronounced tail feathers. The other one just has fluff back there. Is this indicative of pullets or cockerels? Thanks!!
