Sexing Turkey Chicks

How do you sex turkey chicks? I hatched 15 and just want to know what I have!

If they are newly hatched you can't. At that age vent sexing is the only way I know of, but that's an arcane art that few have the knowledge and experience to use.

Thanks, l have no idea how to vent sex so I guess I'll have to do it the old fashioned way!!
