I’m having the hardest time sexing our two turkeys. I’m fairly certain the bourbon red is a male but go back and forth on the sweetgrass. Also can these two breeds breed eachother successfully?

The Bourbon Red is a tom.

I cannot see any feathers on the top of the Sweetgrass' head which should mean it is also a tom. My Sweetgrass toms are really late developing snood size.

Both turkeys are different Varieties of the same breed which is Turkey. Crossing a Sweetgrass with a Bourbon Red will create Red Bronze offspring.
