Their combs are small and pale. My rooster already has a pinky-red comb.

I agree the rooster in the brooder already has a red comb and the welsummers look just like the other pullets.

I see a distinct V on the forehead so that's good, is the chipmunk stripe clear?

Okay then they're probably pullets
From my understanding there still is a small chance of there being roos but it's pretty low. Accuracy is approx the same as vent sexing.
