You pretty much have to wait til they are in breeding season, the males will get a large gland behind their vents and when you press on this gland a white foam will come out. You might be able to tell by vent sexing (the shape of the vent) but I've not done this so I couldn't say.
A laying hen will also have a wider space between her pelvic bones, about twice as wide as a male's.

So If I have some whites in with my browns and goldens sexing would be by chance? (seeing them breed or crow)

Well, just because a coturnix mounts something, doesn't mean the one on top is a boy, and the one on the bottom is a girl. It could be any mix of either or both.
Get you a lawn chair, sharpie pen, and a 30 pack of beer. (Maybe some sunnyD) for those under 21. If it crows, it's most likely a roo. If it lays an egg, it's defiantly a hen.
