Oh cool.... my chicken's age? Anyone?

I just checked them all out, I think Belt only has Reds as does Cackle but Cackle also has SLs and some other breeds/crosses, click egg layers, I think most places only have Reds, but also have some other nice birds as well, the ones I found that do carry Whites (RIWs) and/or both varieties are: Sand Hill (RIR, rose comb RIR, rose comb RIW) and Ideal, I thought MPC had them but I guess not, they just have info about them and RIRs, they do seem to have some nice birds though but anyways, Sand Hill and Ideal have them, I think Sand Hill is sold out for now though but I think Ideal still has them.

yup and I think you are probably right about the age, but im not too sure, hopefully someone with more experiance will chime in... shes cute though

aww thx hehe... she's very skittish and not a hatchery bird so... i think i have some work to do with her!! lol. anyone know how to make a chicken get used to you when they're not a hatchery chick?

Not me but... PM "newhenstein castle". she has a GSL and she got her as a chick so she might. it's a hen.

I think I'll be getting mine from Ideal, just because they're supposed to have the best production Barred Rocks (which I also want for makin' Sex-Links).

Yeah. I'd say probably red sexlink or maybe gold. It's too young to tell for sure, but to me that looks like a roo.
