Could the Comb mess what up? Rose Combs are Dominant so breeing the RC RIR on the Dominique hens would give Rose Combed black Sexlinks for sure. And even if just one parent in the cross was a RC and the other was a Single Comb, the offspring should still be rose combed.

I didnt have time to get pics today and the birds arent quite mature yet, I got one BLR roo who is mature, 1 barred roo, 2 Buff hens, and 4 Whites and I'm pretty sure one is a roo but not as bloomed out as the Barred roo who is the same age. The Barred Roo is het barred so he is darker like a Barred Rock hen would be. I will try to get pics tomorrow.

No, He's a Spangled [just not a lot of spangling]. I have him in a breeding pen with a Black Breasted Red/ Wheaten Malay Hen right now. I am going to try to improve stanchion and maybe work on a Mahogany Orloff.

PepsNick here are a few pics of the Wyandottes that you asked for, sorry they are so small, they are from my phone.

A white pullet

A buff pullet

And the barred roo. You can see he is dark Het. Barred like a Barred Rock hen and he inst quite mature yet so his neck hasnt filled out and hes at that gangly looking stage.

E^R/E^R [Birchen/ Crow-wing]
