OK, just to make everybody crazy, I have to ask:
What is the most important feature you look at when sexing chicks? Obviously the pink comb and descending wattles make the GLW look like a cockerel. But that chick does have a very long tail and it lacks pointed hackle feathers. Don't these two things say pullet??
The second EE chick, OTOH, appears to have pointed hackle feathers and a shorter tail (in person, they look more pointed than the picture shows). And EEs have very little comb/wattle, even as adults, right?
I'm just curious. I'm still looking at these chicks every day, and wondering if I could have 2 roosters (or no roosters)!!
