Hello all!
I have lost the chicken lottery and gotten one cockerel in with my pullets. I'm in town so I can't have a rooster. If anyone in the bay area wants a cockerel or knows someone who will take him please let me know. I can drive him to wherever he needs to go if necessary.
His name is Kuro, he's black with white on his wings with some red coming in here and there, and he's got the classic beard with a pea comb. So far he's very well behaved, no crowing or aggressive behavior. He's confident and inquisitive.
If I can't re-home him in the next month or so he's going in a stock pot.
