I can not understand why they would want to take the puppies away from the mother. I know she did lost her pup earlier. Nursing helps with the contractions and I would not have pulled the puppies away from her. Each breeder has their own reasons why they have that need to take them away from the mother. The bond between mother and pups are important. I don't care to watch it either but will check back from time to time to see how many she had. She also look obese as well in her neck area and will wait and see after she delivers her pups. Obese moms have a much harder work to push those pups out.
Now if that pretty little goat would hurry up and have her kids, all for the better!
