I use firefox and can't get the cam. Does anyone have any suggestions?

if ur not using a mac, and are using fire fox, try closing and reopening ur browser after downloading the plug in.

Apparently if you use Firefox on a Vista machine, you can't download the plugin. I've stooped to using IE for my fix!

I have both IE and Firefox. I only open an IE page and use it when I can't view something on Firefox. The cam works on IE for me.

This is the plugin for FireFox Version 3. It's a standalone executable, so download it first, then run the program to install it on Vista and XP.

NOTE: ONLY version 3.0.6 (and probably later) will display the cams, regardless of whether this plug in is installed or not. Make sure you UPDATE your version of FireFox in addition to installing this plug in.​
