Also--can't completely agree with this one: Merle and Andre don't have that sense, so they have 2 fences between them for safety.And both boys have enough sense to know there's no point fighting for dominance through a fence.
The first time Andre hopped one, he and Merle had nearly massacred each other through the remaining fence by the time I finally listened to one of the dogs telling me to check on them.
