Thanks, it looks like an interesting paper-a long read for stormy days.

I'm very interested to see the introduction is very similar in content to the paper Perris posted on welfare, pleading for trying to reproduce challenges found in nature rather than give free and easy access to all chicken commodities. It's making me think twice about the way I do some things.

I was going to add a few comments to this but those I thought of wouldn't pass the family friendly requirement.
Fret does this trying to bury herself under Henry a lot. When they roost it's quite usual for Fret to bury herself under one of Henry's wings.
