Today I did a bit of a training session with my dog, and it went really well!
We mainly worked on his down stay and recall. I also asked him to do some DPT, and despite not having done it in like a month, he did it perfectly first try!

Yep! Some people use it to regulate blood pressure/heart rate (eg. for POTS or similar conditions). It can also be used to calm someone down, basically the same way a weighted blanket does. I have him do it mainly for my anxiety, and it is grounding when I get overwhelmed/overstimulated.
