Amazon forest felled to build road for climate summit​

"A new four-lane highway cutting through tens of thousands of acres of protected Amazon rainforest is being built for the COP30 climate summit in the Brazilian city of Belém."

Proof that it isn't about climate change, it is just $$$ and power.

And this is one reason I don't wear jewelry at home...or work, but I worked with electricity.

I usually take it off whenever I go outside to work, but there’s always that one time where you just need to do one quick thing…

For extra fun, one of my daughters had worked up the existing litter and added a bag of pine bark nuggets and a bale of pine straw.

The birds, especially Trudy of course, were absolutely thrilled that we were sifting through 3-4” of fresh litter, throwing it in the air. My daughter earned bonus points by wearing a headlamp.
