Shaking Chick

So my chick hatched about an hour and a half ago. It has been active and chirping etc. so I left it alone and I just came back and I noticed that it appears to be shaking. Not in like spasms, but lightly shaking. Should I amp the heat up or is this normal until it dries?

It sounds as if the chick got a little chilled, I would up the heat very little at a time though just to be safe.

It's doing great now! After it dried off it quit shaking and now is mainly sleeping.
