Ok It is like day 28 and both my duck eggs are shaking. One of the two though is shaking alot now, when I say a lot I mean 5 to 10 seconds of shaking and then in a couple of minutes it does it again. It been two days since the egg started to shake and know it is alot more. there has been no piping yet, from what I can see. It this normal or does this mean it is trapped in its shell?

Sorry if this sounds a little dumb but being someone that has never done this before I am feeling very paraniod....And dumb.

thanks

My duck eggs tend to rock and roll, and sometimes they don't hatch right away. I've only ever had one get "stuck" in the egg and it didn't rock at all, it was too weak. Make sure your humidity is up to about 80 85%, they need really high humidity.

ok thanks!

Why is it that alot of sites say 60 70% humidity is fine for duck eggs?

Well I got some sites saying 75 to 80%. but others saying 65 70%... But Since You did it yourself, hach eggs I mean, I guess 75 80% is what I will raise it to.

Oh ya Should I spray it witth water, know or ever during process?
