If anyone is processing at home in 12 weeks and would like to do that together, let me know. I only have a little experience, but it's enough to get the job done.

At least two of you mentioned turkeys. I don't know how big a poult order has to be to take advantage of a bulk discount, but if you're thinking about ordering this summer and find it would be cheaper if we went in together, let me know.

I might be interested in a 'processing party'. At least for a few of them to see how it is done. As for turkeys I have some Bourbon Reds ordered through Longhorn that are due in next month. I'm also going to try and hatch out some Midget Whites. Hopefully the hatch will go well and I'll be able to start my own little turkey flock.
