Here's Lacey. She is Shepherd/Akita/Pit/ who knows what else. Sadly, we were one of the last people on the planet to get a digital camera, and I don't have a scanner. So, out of my other 3 dogs that I have had since pups, she is the only one I have on my computer.
She is VERY stubborn, but she is finally coming around. She is actually a pretty good girl. She has definitiley been a "work in progress".

Her first snow a few weeks later. I think it was a little cold for her
Here she is now. She just turned 3 in October.
I really expected her to end up looking more "pittish". She had one other litter mate, and she turned out tall lanky and fuzzy brindle, like an Akita. I haven't seen her since she was about 6 months old, so not sure what she looks like now.
