Sharing my coop

Cool building!
Pics of inside?
Do you have ventilation along the lower edges of roof(open soffits)?
Is the cupola functioning or just decorative?

Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.

It's easy to do, (laptop version shown), then it's always there!

The below picture give an idea of the soffits but not really. Between each rafter I cut a piece to fit in and then drilled 10 1 inch wholes into it and then covered the wholes with 1/4” hardware cloth. Cupola is just for looks. I had someone else do the metal roof and I couldn’t ask the to cut the hole in the roof for me. I had to have someone else do the metal roof. My spider powers have slacked off and I slide to easy these days.

Welcome!
Are you showing two different buildings, or one side painted and one side raw wood?
Beautiful structures, but under ventilated for chickens, as far as I can see. Is it now finished? What flooring and roosts?

Just a couple more pictures of the ongoing run build. I am getting tin for the roof over the stairs. I like them to have some dry places to get out of the rain without having to stay inside when it’s raining.

I imagine a lot of rain runs off the coop roof right onto the stairs.
Not sure what you could do about that, doesn't look like there's room for a gutter.

Not a great picture but I was able to get the tin roofing slid under the roof tin. The chickens are enjoying being able to go outside and be dry during this rainy season. It will be a great shady area this summer.
