It's good, I won't get on the scale until the first phase 2 weeks are over but I feel better already! Had another headache from no sugar yesterday so I Know I'm doing the right things! It will just get better from here if I stick with it! Looking forward to Shrimp ceasar salad today!

I feel for ya aces! Mine's been gone since 1am. Isn't really too bad right now but the schools and college are closed today!
