Ppl are judgmental over anything. lol You have wonderful dogs...and I know what you mean....PPl are afraid of Hercules (flashy fawn) JUST because his ears are cropped...wth?! Others are trying to tell me that Andre is a pit bull (which of course I know he isn't because I own the sire and my dad has the dam) I just feel you'd love the Turkens because I know that you like the sweet temperament chicken...lol

Mary, I'm glad Nava and you derive such pleasure from your NNs. I'm sure they have a lovely temperment.
But I don't want one. Its like art, its personal taste. I'm trying not to make a pun, here.

My one and only call duck baby is hatching!!!!!! I checked under my broody and it was pipping! 1 out of 11-not bad for a first time call duck hatching--LOL...
I moved mamma into a huge new brooder tonight with all her eggs food and water with a screen over top so that the other hens wont get in to bug her!!!! I cant wait to lift her fat butt up in am to check!!!

I have to get up at 3 am to wake DH and DD up to get them ready for their trip to Boston

then I have to work at 7 am. until 3:30...pack for my trip to PA and head out

Luvins Ill call you tomorrow from work--I might just drive my car and follow you I spent all night cleanng it out-

Im selling most of mine at PA:-( I am keeping 2 splash and 1 blue and the rest are going...I really studied them tonight and I think I have 7 roos and 2 pullets for real! SO Im keeping the 2 pullets -which I knew I was keeping from day one and a roo ( I think its a roo) but the rest at 6 weeks are truly all looking like roos!!!!
