Incredible pic!
Oh yes, very hawk-like! We had some chicks come in to the wildlife rehab. Beautiful raptors, just beautiful.

I have plenty of the bright pink ones and am more than willing to share. Would you like me to send you a big one? They multiply at a moderate pace once established. Nothing overwhelming, but you can get enough to separate and spread about, if you want, or leave them to form a large clump. You will get offsets faster if you start out with a large bulb.

I have a crinum ratrayii that is about to bloom. Large white flowers and the foliage is ridgid and pretty much goes straight up. Lovely and interesting. Got squashed flat in Ike. So flat that it was below the ground surface after the tree was removed and the tree workers and electrical people had shuffled about. I couldn't even find it! I was so pleased when it re-imerged!

I got chicks from texas (ameraucana) and they came in one day, paid a bit extra for shipping....I am so hoping they make it

Bright pink would be great! I would love one!
Brindle, if you get a chance when you're bored, could you post more pics of your garden? I do love perennials, and your garden(s) must be lovely.
