The 2 weeks old chicks are taken care of for the night, all adults locked in and incubator is on lockdown. Our New Zealand bunny had kits early this morning and it's been a really long day. We just had to take her outside cause she wanted to climb outta the tub we were using for her and the babies. Now I get to get up in a few hours to take the babies out for her to feed. I think she's just a really nervous first time "Mommy". Good luck to all you bidding in the auction tomorrow and see ya sometime tomorrow

humidity 55-60% which is where I like it-Ill put A tad more h2o in shortly to keep it above 60% though.
Now is the time where I check all the time but more so on day 20 day it I hate setting hatches during work week when Im not home! This next and last hatch will be set on Friday-that way I have all weekend to be a pug nose!

Going to Home Depot soon, yesterday's mobile pen went so well, we decided to do another. Except I wanted to paint the pipes brown, and the guy gave me interior flat paint. So the first pen won't be painted darnit. Startin to look like hillbillyville here

So you're finishing up your time, and I'm setting mine today (I hope). Never did get to the porches yesterday, but did get the coop cleaned and vacuumed. Maybe do porches today

I am here now....got soo cold last night (unexpected) that I lost one of the 5 wk olds....(put them in a grow out pen...forgot to put a light on....) I knew it was supposed to rain...never did get any of that...the wind was bad tho....Going take care of things out there today....(hope I don't freeze.)..haha 40* here...in March!!!!! Crazy weather!



Oldest son has a lesson today...will bring my laptop while he's doing that to catch up lol

Oh I didn't announce this yet....but I am so proud...Dylan (and of course the rest of the school band) made it to state!!!

I won't be home for the end of Katy's auction...I have to take my stepson home this afternoon and then drive an hour to pick up my daughter from work!!! This happened during one of nat's auctions too.
