I have very sad news. my son's silkie that he won with this weekend has died. I think he got hit in the head with the food pan. I went into the coop yesterday morning and he was laying on his side, food dish which is metal and large, was flipped over right next to him. when I picked him up he was all neurologic and died later. my son is devistated. I am now in search for a new very nice male for him to show. I figure this is probably the best time of year to look with all the extra roosters needing homes but boy does it really suck. my other thought, and I really don't want to go there just yet, is to hatch.

Hoppy sorry to hear about the silkie. Kelar may have some extra birds. I think she hatches out whites herself and her birds are stunning.

I used to use Advantage and have switched to Comfortis, so can't help you with Frontline.
What do you think of Comfortis safety?

Brindle, haven't used Comfortis personally, but I haven't heard anything bad.

Hoppy, can a silkie BE aggressive?

Let me add that I HATE motel 6... Checked in at 4:30 to a dirty room with stripped bed. They didn't get it clean til 5:40. After nearly a 400 mile drive. Good thing I brought beer. Did I mention the "maids" were wandering around with Bud light.

Forget about the BOB and group placements. I simply want his last single point to finish his championship.
