First- my Dominique made a liar of me and laid a DYer today. She must have heard you. I cleaned the incubator and set it at 6:15pm.

Second- My Ameraucanas are Black/Blue and Lavender. Unless you meant the actual egg color. In that case, I don't know yet how blue they will be. They all came from top breeders so I would hope it would be pretty good.

I've been following this real long thread on "chronicle of the horse", another mb. Seems there is a very long time member who lives in Maine. She talked for months about how she is going to Kentucky for this big horse show.

Well, while she's gone, the animal control are called by some of her neighbors and they come and take her horses. Then people on the mb realize that it's one of the members. Turns out she has one count of animal cruelty against her already, now this. Her horses were not skinny, but 3 were left in a paddock with no water, and no hay it appears. I figure they were standing in about 2100 lbs of manure. She has no shelter for them, and neighbors say she hasn't had electric in over a year.

Of course there are hundreds of posts and alot of argument about whether she's guilty or not. And it's interesting because you can get away with way more snarkiness than here, so there are a bunch of spats. If you're interested in reading it, pm me and I'll send you the link.

Oh and Im sure you girls remember the "gift" Brindle brought my way last weekend-and it was decided that when they start laying eggs ( after a good month of laying) that when you guys are ready for them- we'll come up with a price and payments should be sent to Brindle-until she feels she has recouped her expense for the birds-Im leaving it up to her to let me know-as I dont know what she paid for them ( dont want to know for fear Ill wet myself and I dont know AT ALL what the cost of the eggs shall be? Just know these birds are the sweetest things ever and are huge for only 4-5 months old!!! So be preparred fo LF birds!!! I will ship the eggs out at Brindles command

Eagle, as we started calling her is the biggest, fluffiest, sweetest little girl in the world! I am just adding her to the olive eggers I have, but if her personality is any indicator I am soooo in love with these birds. I pick her up and carry her around every day! She's so sweet

so is the one muggs cave me, she follows me around the garden and lets me rub her belly at will. Love her to bits!
