YAY #2 for Paradise!!

Nava was there too.

NOW go to bed in a dark room and sleep of that headache.

Lovins - I just can't believe that the the bank is arguing over another 20K for that property when it a total STEAL. Never mind the land you can't build a house for that??????

This may sound weird, but would your Ex lend you Some?? He seems to have some redeeming qualities?????

Thanks you guys, this is SO fun.

And now the exciting news:

I'm about to move to my OWN farm. I've been renting here since May. The owner is my roommate, ( or rather I am her roommate)

Anyway, she's great, but having your own place is just so much better. I miss having my own kitchen and furniture. And not having to ask permission for every little thing.
For cripes sake, I'm 52 years old, and having to worry about getting someone's permission for stuff is just more tha I can take. It's worse than being married
gig.gif

All I have to do is get her to give me a good reference and tell them I always pay my rent on time ( and I do.), and the place is MINE. I'm sure she will. Especially when she finds out that I have 3 dozen eggs in the 'bator

This place is and old farmhouse, but has been remodeled. They are putting in new floors and carpeting now. Best of all is the huge old dairy barn just waiting to be filled with chickens, goats and whatever else my little heart desires...
ya.gif

Lots of pasture and room for free ranging too. I'm so excited I'm gonna burst!

The only Negative is I don't know what the internet access is like. It's really out in the sticks. I'll probably have to pay through the nose for it, and only 1 choice of ISP, but it will be totally worth it

I will keep everyone posted and try and get pics up.....

The farm is only 146K for 90 acres and a brand new house!!!!

Way awesome deal... is it being lived in now? You said they will let you rent until this works out right. They sound like great people!

The current owners are incredible people that I hope to continue a lasting relationship with and yes they said we can rent it. Even if the loan does not go through we are going to sell this house and move out there. Then we will save up money and try again. I am he11 bent on this particular farm. It literally spoke to me. I am in love with the location, land, everything about it.
