Hey Nat - I definitely think you should keep this thread open! I love it here.

Gretchen - Logan got your buff laced frizzle polish eggs in the mail today, he was so surprised to see a box with HIS name on it. What a sweetheart you are. The picture you sent is hanging on the fridge right now. We sat and read the back together, then carefully unwrapped everything! All eggs are in great shape.

He has picked out two names: 1. Frizzle Pepper and 2. Hippo

He came up with those all on his own.

Sem-I just let my 10 week olds free range with the gang for the first time today. When I got home from work I couldnt help it. I opened their pen and pulled them all out. They were so funny flopping and finally spreading their wings like they should. Little pecking order went on with older birds but it went great for 2 hours. I put them up and to bed though for the night. Id be devastated if I went down in am and they were hurt or even worse. Ill give them all weekend while Im home working outside to see if I can leave them out to roost with the big dogs come Monday Hope so. Frees up more pens yes....... how how's Natalie? I can't wait to name my new babies next weekend
