IMO, that guy just ruined Gary's auctions now that I think about it. How many ppl are going to avoid bidding in fear that this is what he is doing....just raising the price to "protect his investment".

I didn't consider the eggs "mine". I just think what james is doing is flat out wrong and he just doesn't see it that way at all. Sniping is one thing but this is another. Now it sounds like if he wins another auction he will auction the eggs off elsewhere to make his money back. He certainly doesn't mind screwing over his fellow human being.

He must want to become a surgeon. Heaven forbid he goes into pediatrics.

He may have just gotten the title of Ultimate Shark. All teeth and appetite.

Well, for me this kind of sets me back from wanting to bid. I haven't ever bid on anything. My GLW just went broody on me and I just started looking around for silkie eggs.

For me those $150+ eggs are to much for me anyways.

I just want to make sure that jamesrm's comments about the SLB auction are preserved for posterity in case he feels the need to go back and edit them.

Just so yall know.... I have no intentions of hanging around and sniping these eggs, but I am going to be protecting my investment. These eggs are not going to be "cheap" for awhile

before he edited his last comments on dan powel's auction, as well as saying he would re-auction any eggs further eggs he won, he also said Gary was a smart man and would find another way, other than BYC, to auction his eggs implying he would have the BYC eggs tied up.

So I have to share the crazy dream I had last night, I think the fertility drugs I'm on are really making me loopy, LOL.

In my dream I was watching my BLRW's hatch, and one egg was finishing zipping and popping out, and when the chick finally came out I saw another chick still in the egg, alive and well, it was TWINS! Then I came out and told my husband who assumed the 2nd chick didn't make it, but I told him is was alive and well, and he didn't believe me, so I brought him in and showed him.

I think my fear of the fertility drugs making me conceive multiples is getting to me

Oh, you are ok, the squabbling isn't what put me off, more that someone like that would act in such a manner. Kind of reminds me of my 5 year old and her friends sometimes.
