1 boy 2 girls - couldn't do better than that! The sizzles who feather in faster will be the girls. So the ones with the long wing feathers are pullets.

Brindle, I'm hoping for a splash JG, they are B/B/S JG test eggs from a very nice BYCer that gave me the honor!

AND my black JG roo finally nailed a pullet for the first time, and she only tossed him a foot away!

it's not a chickenstock, it's a poultry show with a swap. I will be there with byc products and some chicks. my rooster that I was going to show, got beat up by my new rooster (which I have just sold since they were fighting through a fence- now they both look like crap)
it's always are great turnout so i should be able to sell any showgirls (sorry nava, i am not convinced)

I haven't candled my latest batch yet. Today is day 6. Twenty four in the 'bator and 10 under a LF Cochin. A mix of eggs from onthespot and OE from Wynette.

And that's it for this year for me too. Mostly because I can't stand the whining noise from the 'bator while it's running!

It's all I hear when I'm in the house.

Hey girls..I am around...I haven't updated what I was hatching...but right now, I have wood ducklings hatching, Delewares, REd Sussex, Speckled Sussex, and Buckeyes...I am really nervous about having chicks because I honestly lost alot from that Cocci outbreak....I am more scared than a newbie right now....
